With a managed server we will take care of the management of your Dedicated Server which allows you to focus on your core business and never worry about the functioning of your server. After we have configured your server for a managed support contract we will monitor your server pro-actively and periodically update your server. This allows us to keep your server optimally secured and up. You can also ask any question to our professionals. Last but not least we guarantee to respond at least within 6 hours (depending on the SLA you have chosen) after incident report. We will also act upon incident reports outside working hours if they affect your services.
